WHAT?! What do you mean they’re canceling the show! They CAN’T cancel the show! It’s MY show! I won’t allow it, damn it! I don’t care if the Leghaci Chronicles has a higher rating! I … Hmmm? What was that? Cameras are rolling? Oh! Err … uhh … my apologies. *ahem*

Sims. Are they merely pixilated versions of ourselves trapped within our own minds in a world of our own creation? Or are they sentient beings trying to live out their lives in the best way they know how with what the SimDeity has given them (or taken away)? Let’s find out in SimDiscovery’s Clevecy Kingdom!

In our last episode, Vanessa Clevecy broke the heart of her MUCH older companion, The Professor, for a younger sim. We believe in all likelihood that this sim is someone she has much more in common with. Our researchers have since learned that this sim variety she chucked The Professor for is known as the Adam Charvat. Chemical analysis of the air surrounding Adam and Vanessa has shown them to be a 2-bolt pair. We quite believe that The Professor only managed a single bolt … if that. Is it any wonder that Vanessa came to the conclusion (and came to her senses) that she was better off ending things before the attachment could become much stronger? But I still believe there are better ways to break up with someone than getting caught red-handed.

In the meantime, Gertrude was getting in touch with the local wildlife.

And the youngest Clevecy was visiting his older siblings at BelleView University more than likely trying to figure out if following in his sister’s footsteps to attend a place of “Higher Learning” would be the right choice for him.

Simologists have often observed that sim siblings aren’t always close. As a matter of fact, we have frequently observed them behaving as if their sibling doesn’t even exist (this is usually the behavior of the older sibling). Observing the Clevecys, we have found that this is not the case for them. They are actually quite close.

The Elemental Legacy Family Journal

Mina here. College is a very interesting place. While there are times when it feels as though things are going along at a good pace, a curveball is thrown so hard that you’re left spinning at the impact. Something happened to me that left ME spinning … and I wanna share it with you.

It all started when I was heading off to classes. I woke up feeling unsettled and I couldn’t figure out why.

You’d think I’d be floating on air since I managed to sell a master piece before heading off to class!
Ah, it’s good having Maxed Creativity! :O)

And then later that night, while I was helping one of my dorm-mates with his homework …

The feeling of unease blossomed into full blown panic! I couldn’t figure out why until …

In our last episode, we witnessed the phenomenon of the 3-bolt couple in Gertrude and her new, dare I say, mate-to-be Rodney. This is such a rare event in this SimWorld that we at the SimDiscovery Channel had to give it special attention. We are definitely hoping to see more of this lovey-dovey couple. Perhaps Garth will choose Gertrude as the heir!

And we also witnessed a bit of indiscretion on the part of Vanessa - Family Sim. Why was she jumping into the arms of this as-yet-unnamed male sim? We find it most confounded to see a family sim behaving in such a manner. Is there possibly a good reason for what she did? Was this male sim an old friend from times past that we may have missed? Were they just greeting one another as only long-time friends do when they haven’t seen one another in forever? I certainly would never behave this way. So … perhaps we ought to just start this episode so we can find out!

In the documentary from the SimDiscovery Channel, we aim to try to answer that question among other questions. Welcome to Clevecy Kingdom!

In our last episode, we followed twins Gertrude and Vanessa Clevecy to their sim university in an attempt to see this pre-adult life in all its pre-adult glory. There, they both encountered sims of the opposite gender in what we here at SimDiscovery are planning to coin “A Pre-Mating Ritual”. We are guessing that they are seeking mates with which to procreate the next generation with. Vanessa had chosen a dark-skinned sim who I felt was a bit too old for her, but they seemed to get along quite well. Gertrude decided to test her luck with the Gypsy Matchmaker Sim - a mysterious sim variety that we have not been able to adequately classify.

We watched as they encountered new and exciting things like Greek Houses …

… Autumn Learning bars …

… Fishing …

… and strange Greek House rituals.

Let’s see what our girls have been up to, and find out who those two male sims were that we closed with last time.

The Elemental Legacy Family Journal …

Life is full of moments of education. You learn things in one of two ways - the easy way or the hard way. I, Hydrogen Elemental, have been learning things the hard way for a very long time, and I don’t think that will change for me any time soon. Case in point …

My youngest, Lili, starts her first day at private school today.

And it just hammers home for me the fact that time is progressing. Things are changing. How I wish that I had the power to take a snapshot of a certain point in time and just live that moment for the rest of my life.

It appears as though my eldest, Mina, is trying to find her place in this SimWorld.

She helped Lili learn to study recently … and I found it very responsible of her. I think she’s at that age where she is seeking something more for herself than what she currently has … as all children must do when they feel that time is right for them.

She also seems to be turning into quite the social butterfly.

I fear that it won’t be long before she becomes serious with some boy …

The boy down the street … I think his name is Xavier Treme … he seems to have taken a liking to wandering past our house from time to time almost as if he’s hoping that Mina will look out the window to see him standing there. I don’t want to be the one to break the poor boy’s heart though. I think Mina has greater aspirations than a local boy.

Sims … they remain creatures of mystery for all Mankind, and yet their habits and behaviors enchant us all to the point of obsession. Just like human beings, sims are as different as fingerprints. Their behaviors, their wants, their needs, their desires … just waiting for a hungry Simologist to observe them, and maybe even sometimes interact with them. To observe them is to understand them. And what this Simologist hopes to share with you all is the understanding of a sim variety known as The Cleveland Garth.

What is it about this sim type that fascinates us all? Is it the ape-like features? Is it the white gloves? Is it the long blond hair? Is it the hint of chest hair. None can say. Simmers worldwide have become obsessed with this sim because of his lack of beauty, but this Simologists believes that all sims are beautiful in their own way. The Cleveland Garth is beautiful! Come with me on a journey of Discovery as we observe a Cleveland Garth tagged “Gartholomew Clevecy” in is natural habit of BelleView. In our last episode, we watched as Garth’s youngest child - Bart - aged into a teenager who heavily favored his father in looks.

And we followed his older sisters Gertrude (first born) and Vanessa (second born) to BelleView Academy where they went to expand their education. Who knew that this education would revolve around interactions with sims of the opposite gender?

The Gypsy sim being ever present … and perhaps interfering?

The Elemental Legacy Family Journal …

Hello again. It’s me. Hyrdogen Elemental. It seems as though it has been a long time since I last had time to sit down and write down our family’s history in the family journal. Seems like ages.

A lot has been going on in the household since the last time I wrote. I think last time, Lili became a toddler - and a cute one at that. She looks just like Mina at that age. How about a couple of pictures for comparision’s sake.

It’s like I’m seeing double.
And if it wasn’t for the different eye color, I wouldn’t know!

You see? This is what’s going to be great about keeping this journal for all of our family members. We can walk down memory lane and compare and contrast all the members. I wish I could be alive for the later generations to see how we’ve evolved. But alas … that’s impossible.

And that reminds me. I must remember to tell everyone to keep it safe and keep it from getting damaged. Maybe I should get one of those fire cabinets … and I should wrap it up or put it in something that will seal it away from the elements to minimize its aging process.

But I digress …
It seems that my baby, my first born, is growing up faster than I expected. She’s already really getting interested in boys.

Mina thinks I’m an old fuddy-duddy and that I would go nuts if I saw that she was viewing the opposite sex as something more than she did as a child. But … I guess that’s to be expecting. You can’t stop time after all. And as much as I would love for my children to stay young forever, and to never leave me or their mother … that’s an unrealistic dream. All things change.

Generation 02-01

Welcome back to another episode of The Clevecy Kingdom And as always, I am your host, Angelia. Today, it is my special priviledge to hit the gong in celebration of generation 2. We here at the SimDiscovery Channel realize that techincally the second generation began with the birth of Gertrude, but due to a lot of “red tape” and bad corporate management …

… we had to do things that way. Now that we’ve gotten it all settled, we will now begin posting the episodes as generation 2, and when the heir has a child, that will be deemed generation 3 (and so on and so forth).

So … where were we?

Ah yes … some growing up for the Clevecy brood! Gertrude and Vanessa have headed off to further their education of the world around them (they are attending BelleView Academy), which leaves little Bart alone with his parents. Shall we see what he’s been doing with himself since his sisters went away?

Oh look! Someone is having a birthday! I wonder what the youngest Clevecy will look like as a teenager. I can’t wait to find out! And by the way, I’ve noticed that there seems to be an overabundance of non-Clevecy women in the household. I wonder what they’re all doing there …

Generation 01-08

Good evening, Viewers! Sorry for the long hiatus, but life for this Simologist gets busy from time to time, too. Can’t be helped really, because that is LIFE! Life in all its glory is ugly and beautiful and busy and boring and exciting and tiring and calm and dangerous. Ahhh … it’s so fascinating!

But enough about that. I’m here to clue you in to what’s been happening with our favorite sim specimen and his brood - Garth Clevecy and all the Clevecy’s - in Clevecy Kingdom! As always, I am your host - Angelia!

In our last episode, we witnessed the birth of Garth’s first son - Bart - who transitioned into a toddler who greatly favors his father’s features. In the meantime, Bart’s older sisters Gertrude (Knowledge) and Vanessa (Family) had just been admitted to the BelleView Academy! I guess our Garth wants his children to have the very best education that BelleView can provide! I’m with him on that one, I assure you all. In this episode, let’s see how Garth’s offspring are doing!

First of all, recall that the lovely Vanessa is a Family Sim. Right after she and Gertrude were admitted to BelleView Academy, she immediately got the urge to teach little Bart how to use the potty.

I’d say that she succeeded!

And while daddy Garth is recharging his batteries (this is what sim’s fondly refer to as the Elixir of Life … it prolongs a sim’s life if they feel that they need more time to accomplish all that they need to accomplish … and apparently our Garth is feeling that need now) …

Mommy Vyn is teaching little Bart the other things he needs to know as a toddler. All toddlers need to know these things if they expect to grow up into happy little children!

Generation 01-07

Good evening, viewers of the SimDiscovery Channel’s airing of Clevecy Kingdom! Angelia here for another exciting update on Garthalomew Clevecy and his family.

I have enjoyed very much my time among the Clevecy, their legacy and their ever-growing household, and can only imagine what you viewers must think of me when I get overexcited about the things I’ve seen so far. But this has all be really thrilling!

I can’t wait to show you what I’ve seen for THIS episode. Come with me for another interesting ride through the Clevecy Kingdom.

Last time, we got to see Gertrude and Vanessa transition into children.

It was weird … and other weird things happened …
