02-Chapter 4 - An Education of Life
As the months passed, I felt that Mina was intelligent enough to be challenged more than she was at regular public school. So Shenene and I sat down and decided it would be in her best interest to be accepted to the local private school where she could expand her horizons a little bit. They have many more programs than public school.
With a little bit of schmoozing … and a healthy dose of spaghetti …
or was it salad …

My little girl got into The AlphaOmega Institute! I’m so proud!

Congratulations, Mina! I bought you this PSP as a reward for doing so well!
Thanks, daddy! I’ve always wanted one!
Now I know that the temptation to blow off your homework to play video games is strong, but I want you to take your studies very seriously, okay?

Your grandmother, goddess bless her soul, even though she was a free spirit, she always pushed me to do the very best that I could. She always used to say “Success isn’t measured by your rewards, but by the work that gets you those rewards.” Understand?

The skills that you learn today will stay with you for the rest of your life (unless a bad chance card takes it away).

You’re very welcome, sweet pea.

Ah, that was great. I loved the cannonball part! I love how sims get
excited when they are bringing home good grades.

So cute to write from Mina’s perspective. But I can’t help but wonder if Mina is going to be getting a little brother or sister anytime soon.

VERY cute, Angelia… as always. Mina is very beautiful and it’s so cute the way you have her writing in the journal. As I’m reading it I hear a little girl voice. It’s precious!!

Mina is growing up into quite an impressive little lady! I’m glad she’s having so much fun in school and learning lots of things.
Very cute chapter.

Can see that Hydro’s wife is also as sweet as he. What a perfect couple they make. It was really sweet of mum to walk young Mina to the bus on her first day of school, and it was absolutely adorable that Mina introduced herself to the busdriver! She will definately go far in her life with such great parents as Hydro and Shenene!

LOL, I’ve only seen one sim eat out the garbage and it was the guy with the mohawk in Strangetown…can’t remember his name. Mina is such a cutie. I love that smile of hers when she’s coming off the bus with her A+. And this update totally made me want to go swimming!
