02-Chapter 1 - And Baby Makes Three

Ah … transitions. I know it’s naive of me to think or want our little girl to stay a baby forever, but … I haven’t figured out how to stop time. Before we knew up from down and left from right, baby Heliumina was turning four.

While Shenene stood by and cheered for our girl, I helped her blow out the candles.

And then I did something that I had no real thought of doing … something that sims have been doing since Sims 2 Immemorial … I tossed my daughter into the air to help her transition into toddlerhood.

And the creature that dropped down into my arms with a BIG smile on her face reminded me again that my toddler was a unique combination of past and present Elementals.

Heliumina Elemental looked EXACTLY like my mother!

(Author’s Note: yes, the ears, too.)

  8. Bundle of helium…hehe. Quick question…did she transition into that hair? Because I love it! Great update! She is the cutest little girl, can’t wait to see how she grows up.

  9. Great update! Heliumina is absolutely adorable and that’s awesome that Hydro’s ancestor’s genetics are already showing up. :-D (I was wondering the same thing about the hair, Kristen, but you can see the confetti is still falling, so I’m guessing she transitioned into it? Dunno how though - I thought all toddlers transitioned into that one haircut for girls.)

  10. Waiting for the last couple of months to read this was so worth it. The way you tell this legecy captures all the feelings they have that I can sense too.

Heliumina is absolutely gorgeous! It’s amazing she has inheirited her Elemental descendants genes! She is blessed to have Hydro for her father.
