01-Chapter 3 - Love is a Many Splendord Thing

I’m in love … that’s the way … it should be … cuz I want you to be happy … Hmm-hmm-hmm-hmm … I’m in love. Have I told you that I’m in love? I’m in love. *silly grin*

Umm … yes, Xander. Yes, you mentioned that several times.

Well, she’s such a great woman! I mean … what kind of a woman brings a friend of hers over to visit me only to spend all of her time with me?

Umm … a rude one?

02-Chapter 3 - Growing Up Isn’t So Hard

An Elemental History … Sim date - Supplemental …

In my last entry, I know I was griping about the fact that I’ve been missing out on my little girl’s growing-up lessons … but … I’ve recently been promoted so that does give me some more time at home to spend with my small family. While Shenene continues to teach our little girl, I’ve decided to take on a more creative project.

01-Chapter 2 - Tough Times

You know … I don’t understand something. I’ve been given privileged information regarding The Controller’s other Legacy Challenge families … and they do NOT have a life as tough as mine is! I don’t understand it. Why. WHY?! *sigh* Fired. Fired on my FIRST day of work (stupid chance cards).

02-Chapter 1 - And Baby Makes Three

An Elemental Legacy … GROWING!!

Yeah. Shenene and I had absolutely no time to call the hospital. The baby was coming, and it was coming fast! All I could do was stand around like a loon, while Shenene did what women having been doing for MILLIONS of years.

01-Chapter 10 - Preparation

An Elemental Legacy - The History Continues …

Shortly after Shenene “relieved herself” in our only toilet (and after copious amounts of Lysol and scrubbing bubbles), our phone finally rang with the news that we were, indeed, pregnant! I can’t tell you the emotions that filled me when I looked at Shenene, the phone held against my ear as the doctor warbled on about getting ready for the expansion of my family. There she was, the woman I met in college, the woman who taught me how to play, the woman who captured my heart with her smile and her eyes - pregnant with my child. I could feel the tears welling up. I think I scared her though when she saw the tears in my eyes, and I quickly had to reassure her that she was about eight weeks pregnant and that everything would be fine. (more…)

01-Chapter 9 - Beginning Again

The Elemental Legacy History … EXPANDS … ;O))

Continues … expands … I figure that my “handy-dandy” Thesaurus will rescue me from the monotony of putting the heading in each of my entries. I think the family will appreciate that. But anyway … where was I?

Oh yes. I moved back to the Elemental Estate … or what was left of it, and encountered mom’s headstone. I hadn’t visited her grave all through college, but I thought about her often. I guess I just didn’t want to be side-tracked by my grief, which never really left me through all those years. And here sits a reminder of all the things I lost.

01-Chapter 8 - A Life Less Certain

Elemental - A Continuing Legacy History …

There I go … changing it up again. But … change is good. Change allows us to learn new things, grow, evolve. I think change allowed me to succeed at college, and find the woman of my dreams. And now it’s time for more change. I’ve grown. I’ve graduated.

01-Chapter 7 - Growing up is EASY

The Elemental Legacy - A History (at present) …

You know … writing this damn history of my family is NOT as easy as some may think. Thinking up the right words to say that might be encouraging, while trying not to sound like a complete loon is not as easy as I make it seem. I’m just … very good at what I do. No … that’s not true. I write it all down first, edit it, and THEN type it in the computer. But enough about that.

I’m engaged!
